'No Turning Back' was one of the first songs I wrote and performed with the original Immaculate Crows back in 1982 and later in 1985 when we briefly reunited. It started off Psychedelic and gradually became more progressive rock and featured guitar interplay between Mark Hocknell and me. The lyrics seem even more relevant now with environmental degradation proceeding at an alarming rate and the world currently facing the prospect of WW3 and Nuclear War. The song is now more Psychedelic again and this was Jessica Shipley's first solo vocal with The Immaculate Crows. She turns in a very powerful performance.Also pretty happy with my guitar work!

Carolyn and I laid down the first drum, bass and keyboard tracks on 6/2/22, 7/2/22 and 8/2/22
I played the chromatic bass guitar lines in the first part of the solo on 19/2/22.
Jessica did vocal tracks on 9/2/22 and 21/2/22
The guitar solo that plays during the chromatic bass riffs was done by me on 4/8/22.
Carolyn added the Vibraphone parts I arranged in the solo plus lead guitar for the end fadeout solo I recorded on 11/12/22
Carolyn produced a new intro with bass, keys and drums on 7/1/23 and recorded some new guitar tracks by me on 13/1/23.
Carolyn recorded lead guitar in the intro on 16/1/23 and lengthened the song in the fadeout on 20/1/23
Carolyn recorded my new rhythm guitar parts on 28/1/23 and 31/1/23
I changed my guitar rhythm tracks on 2/2/23
Wayne Harvey did guitar tracks on 26/2/23
